Ali Tawoosi


Starting as a child Ali had an unyielding spirit and an insatiable thirst for physical challenges. Growing up, he discovered his natural talent in various sports and excelled as an award-winning wrestler, winning the Illinois State Regional Championship 2x years in a row and Sectional Championship 1x in the 8 years he was wrestling.

Competitive Skateboarder

At a very early age he stumbled upon the exhilarating world of skateboarding. With a skateboard beneath his feet, he felt a newfound sense of freedom and an electrifying rush of adrenaline. Ali’s commitment and determination paid off as he reached the top 3 brackets consistently and was recently published in the March edition of the widely known, Thrasher Magazine.


Ali possessed an extraordinary gift for music, a creativity that flowed through his very being. He created music under the name Ali, his ability to blend various genres and experiment with unconventional sounds in the Washington, DC, EDM Community brought a refreshing and innovative twist to his compositions. Playing on the same lineups as mainstream EDM artists like Downlink, Layz, Boogie T, Caspa, BTSM and Subtronics, as well as Music Festivals such as Big Dub and Flower of Life, Ali’s music became a vivid tapestry of emotions, painting vibrant landscapes in the minds of those who immersed themselves in his art.

Aspiring Bodybuilder

He yearned for a more profound transformation-a journey that would sculpt not only his body but also his mind and spirit. Ali immersed himself in the realm of bodybuilding and fitness, embracing the grueling workouts and disciplined lifestyle it demanded. He discovered the power of proper nutrition, the art of bodybuilding, and the joy of pushing his limits. Bodybuilding became his passion, shaping not only his physique but also his character and he vows to help people unlock the same potential within themselves.

Driven by his love for his family and a burning desire to protect and provide, Ali made a bold decision to join the Army, dedicating himself to the service of his country. Through rigorous training and robust discipline, he learned the art of becoming a leader to others and the true meaning of selflessness. As well as, developing the discipline and mindset needed for success which he bestows onto his clients. With each passing day, he embraced the values of honor, courage, and resilience, understanding that his journey was not only about protecting his loved ones but also about discovering his own strength and potential that he strives to open up in other people.

Introduction to Resistance Training - 4 Week Program

Hypertrophy Program - 4 Week Program

In a powerbuilding routine, athletes perform compound lifts like squats, deadlifts, and bench presses to build overall strength, while also incorporating isolation exercises to target specific muscle groups for hypertrophy. The program often involves working with heavy weights and lower repetitions for strength development, as well as moderate to higher repetitions for muscle growth. By integrating the best of both powerlifting and bodybuilding techniques, the powerbuilding program offers a balanced and comprehensive training regimen, catering to those who desire a combination of strength, size, and functional fitness.
